Referee analysis by classical techniques

Although modern instrumentation has many advantages, there are occasions when classical techniques have to be used for referee purposes. We have a worldwide reputation in this field, in particular with regard to protein determination by the Kjeldahl technique. In some cases where contracts could be decided by referral to another analyst the parties trade on 'Salamon & Seaber Final' terms.
