Wax Analysis
Salamon & Seaber offers a full analytical service for waxes such as White and Yellow beeswax, Carnauba wax etc.
Typical analysis for beeswax, as specified in the British Pharmacopoeia (BP) include:
- Acid value
- Ceresin, paraffin & certain other waxes
- Impurities
- Glycerol & other polyols
- Melting point
- Paraffinic hydrocarbons
- Saponification value
