Animal Feed Analysis

Cattle Feeding

Salamon & Seaber carries out a wide range of analyses when testing the commodities used in the manufacture of compound animal feeding stuffs. These principally include Soya Bean Meal, Tapioca, Palm Kernel Extraction, Sunflower Seed Extraction, Rapeseed Extraction, Maize Gluten Feed, and animal products such as Fish Meal, Meat & Bone Meal, Poultry Meal, Feather Meal etc.

We are Official Analysts to the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA) and provide analysis according to GAFTA Form 130 for contractual purposes.

Other standard methods of analysis such as AOCS and AOAC are also used to check or establish product specification.

The major analytical methods used in the analysis of these commodities are included in our "UKAS schedule of accreditation".
