We carry out physical and chemical examinations on cereals and grains according to EC Regulations, USDA specifications, ISO and Codex Alimentarius Standards and use the methodology of the European Brewing Convention (EBC Analytica) for malting barley.

We are official analysts to the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), and many tests are in our existing UKAS schedule of Accreditation Open UKAS schedule as a PDF.


Rice Analysis

We are capable of analysing rice according to ISO 7301: "Specification for Rice", USDA specifications, and Codex Alimentarius standards.
