As full member analysts to the Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Association (FOSFA), Salamon & Seaber carries out a wide range of contractual analyses of oils, fats and oil-seeds, including edible ground-nuts (peanuts). Other tests on oils and fats, outside the remit of FOSFA are also carried out.
