What is your turnaround time ?

Approximate turnaround times can be supplied on request for individual tests. Most tests are completed within 5 working days of receiving the sample. A rapid results service exists for emergencies, with results being e-mailed or faxed as soon as they are available.

What are your company business hours ?

We are open between the hours of 8:00am until 5:00pm GMT Monday to Friday, except on UK bank holidays. The telephone is maintained by our receptionist between 9:00am until 5:00pm GMT. At all other times the telephone is covered by a telephone answering machine.

Yes, we are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). We are also approved analysts for The Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA) and full member analysts to Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Association (FOSFA). A full list of our other memberships can be found here
